چکیده
Zelfstandige behandelcentra die zich hebben gespecialiseerd in vitamine B12-problematiek adviseren patiënten met B12-deficiëntie te behandelen injecties. De NHG-Standaard Anemie adviseert echter tabletten. Recente wetenschappelijke publicaties laten zien dat er geen reden is om de op dit punt herzien. Vitamine kan principe oraal worden behandeld.
